Welcome to ZenkyBox! By ordering from us you agree to these friendly but binding terms.

Orders & fulfilment

An order is confirmed once we accept it and share confirmation. We aim to dispatch promptly and deliver across India, typically within 5–7 business days.

Returns & refunds

  • 7 days exchange only.
  • To get a refund or replacement, you must return the entire bundle with all original accessories, tags and packaging intact.
  • If pieces are missing, use a SAFE-T Claim (FBM) with unboxing video evidence to be reimbursed by Amazon.
  • If an item is opened or used, a 20%–50% restocking fee may be deducted via the Guided Refund Workflow (FBM).

Custom combo orders

Custom combos are confirmed and priced over WhatsApp before payment. As they are made to your selection, custom orders cannot be cancelled once packing has begun.

Intellectual property

The ZenkyBox brand, the Zenky mascot, and all site content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZenkyBox is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
